For Shipments Outside India

We have started shipping our products Internationally. However at present we are just shipping Home Textile products, Drapes (Sarees, Dupattas and Stoles) and Women's Apparel outside India. Products falling out of these categories would not be eligible to ship outside India. If there is any technical mistake and the order for non-eligible product is generated for outside India then the order for that product will be cancelled.
If you place the order by mistake then you can cancel the order immediately or before we dispatch the product to you. Once dispatched the order can not be cancelled.
Delivery Charges and Delivery Time
There is a fix amount of shipment charges applicable based on region to region. You will able to see the final payble amount before making the payment including the shipping charges. Apart from our shipment charges there could be some duty fees and custom charges depending upon your country's rules and regulations. Please note we do not guarantee about the custom and other duty fees leived by your government.
We use India Post's services for shipping the products overseas. You'll be recieving a tracking id from us once we dispatch the product. We do not guarantee any particular delivery time to customers as the situation varies from place to place. For example- The quickest we deliver our items to UK within 5 days and longest it takes sometimes for UK is 12 days.
Returns & Refunds
All our products go through vigorous quality check before the dispatch. There are close to zero chances that the product will be damaged or bad in quality. If the products are found to be bad in our internal quality check before dispatching we inform our customers before dispatching and we cancel the order beforehand from our end. In that case we refund the full amount back to the customer via their selected payment mode. We recommend our customers to carefully go through product specifications and details before purchasing them. Still if you want to return the product due to some issue then in that case the cutomer will be liable to ship the product back to us and the shipping charges will be borne by customer too. If you claim for an exchange we will ship the exchanged product to you once we recieve the original product. If you claim for refund then we would be providing refund in form of store credits to your eindianaugust.com account only.
