How much are the delivery/shipping charges?

Indian August provides FREE SHIPPING THROUGH-OUT INDIA on all items (Minimum cart value should be Rs. 999. Below this cart value we charge 90 Rs. as nominal Delivery Fee.  Products with above average weight will have extra shipping charges which will be mentioned on product page, if applicable. What is the shipping & delivery timeline?

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Usual delivery time is between 3-7 Days depending upon which city you are at. It gets delivered faster in Metros. We dispatch the parcel from our warehouse after confirmation within 48 hours of receiving the order. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Is COD available? Is there any charge for it?

Yes, COD is available without any additional charges.

I do not have a Credit/Debit card neither I have Net Banking. How do I place an order now?

Yes, you can still place an order. Select "PICK UP FROM STORE' mode at the payment page and we'll follow it up once we have you order. We'll find a way.

Can I get the parcel delivered on a specific day/date?

We do not offer specific time deliveries. But you can always place an order and let us know the day you want it to be delivered we can work out some way to get it delivered around that time. There is always a way out :)

What is minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed and established courier companies across the country.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

If your order is still being processed, and has not been dispatched, you can contact us via email at info@eindianaugust.com or call us at 0120-4271541  and modify your shipping address after providing your order details confirmation.

Does Indian August deliver internationally?

No. Indian August does not deliver items internationally as of now.

What is the 5 Days Replacement Policy? How do I get a defective item, ordered on Indian August, replaced? 

All products sold at Indian August are covered under our 5 Days Replacement Policy. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 5 days from the date of delivery then send us back the original product you received and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost, if available.

In order to get a defective item replaced:

Mail at info@eindianaugust.com or call us on 0120-4271541 within 5 days from the date of delivery.

How can I get a refund?

If there is any kind of technical or non technical error from our side and we are not able to provide you the product you ordered we will refund your full amount. 

How do I cancel an order on Indian August?

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 5 Days Replacement Policy above. We hope you understand that we can process refunds only after the product is received in our warehouse in good condition and in the original shipping box.

Can I cancel / return a part of the order?
